Counselor's Income

The counselor's income is completely up to you.  We will have no say in the amount.  Tell us your pay rate and we will pass it on to our counselor.

Do you normally pay one rate for the first enrollment and another rate after the counselor has proven his / her worth?  That is acceptable.  Many of our experienced professionals will accept a lower rate to introduce themselves to your firm. 

All insurance counselors are paid by you as you would on any other enrollment. 

B.E.S.T., Inc. will be paid their fee separately.

B.E.S.T., Inc.'s Fee

Our service fee is simple.  B.E.S.T. is paid $25 per day (up to a 12 hour day)  for every day the counselor works for you. 

There are no additional charges.  If the agent works overtime, there are no additional charges.  Our charge is actually per shift.  If scheduled for a double shift, we would expect $50 for the 16 hours.

Also, if this is the first time the counselor has worked for you, our contract requires you pay us each and every time the counselor works for you, unless you hire the person as a full time employee.
